Hey! My name is Lana Taskovski, and starting in August, I will be a missionary with Circuit Riders!
I was born in Sydney, Australia, but I always felt a call to California from a young age. I had dreams of becoming a superstar - until the Lord changed my life. What once was a dream to be a pop singer on tour, has now become a desire to worship God, and go on tour to preach the Gospel.
Circuit Riders is a missions and training community that launches movements to reach the next generation. Their mission is to ‘Save the lost, Revive the saved, Train them all’. I completed my DTS (Discipleship Training School) with Circuit Riders in 2024, and it completely changed my life. It taught me how to hear God’s voice, it taught me how to be bold in saying yes to God, and it brought a new depth to my relationship with Him, that has transformed every aspect of my life.
During my time as a staff member with Circuit Riders, I will be in a discipleship/evangelistic role. For the first 2 months, I will be completing staff training, before living with the DTS students for another 2 months to be a support figure and mentor. I will then join a team to embark on an 8-week international outreach. My goal is to be an encouraging and prayerful support to our students as they learn and grow in their faith. My house leaders were a massive support to me and my faith walk during my DTS, and I hope to be the same for my students. Outreach, also known as ‘Tour’, is the most incredible season. During my outreach to Northern Europe, we saw 4,392 people gathered, with 448 people deciding to give their lives to Christ! We also saw 103 physical healings. Jesus is alive, and He is still moving! We saw incredible testimonies; people encountering God’s fatherly love, people renouncing sin and going all in for the Good News of Jesus. The News that is truly worth our lives. This is why I am saying yes to God through working with Circuit Riders.
Now you might be wondering what this all means for you. I am looking for support in 2 ways. One - prayer!! Prayer is so powerful, and it truly does precede revival. Praying that God will continue to strengthen me as a leader, so I am able to best support these young people in their faith, and be bold in sharing God’s love. Your prayers truly mean so much to me. I believe God hears every single one of them, and is answering them in accordance with His will.
