Hello! My name is Leah, and I am a full-time missionary with YWAM in Tijuana, Mexico.

I’ve been a Christian since I was young, but when I graduated high school the Lord invited me deeper in my relationship and life with Him. I came here first to do a Discipleship Training School, and God confirmed that this was the place for me. So, I’m continuing in that process of living and going deeper with Him, and it is a joy for me to do what I do.

Within YWAM, I work with a ministry called Homes of Hope. On the weekends we build houses for the poor in Mexico, but I do a lot with the application process during the week. I love the families of Mexico, and hearing their stories is my favorite. My passion is for whole families to know the Lord and have a relationship with Him.

To sustain my life here, I have to stay close enough to the Lord to hear His voice every day. I have to have someone praying for me, and I have to have money to buy the things that I need. The first one is up to me, but the second two are things for which I have to ask for help!

My financial needs right now come out to about $900 per month. That covers things like my rent and utilities, transportation costs, food, and other living expenses. It also allows me to save a little for emergencies but also things like travel.

Below you’ll find it easy to donate once or monthly through this site. One-time gifts are a blessing, but I invite you to pray about giving monthly.
