Hey! My name is Kennon from San Diego, California! I lived in Fiji from ages 7-14 with my family and we moved to San Diego in 2020! I love surfing, playing keys, hanging with friends, and anything outdoors! This fall, I’m planning on doing the SoundLabs program with Circuit Riders, which is like a music internship and a Discipleship Training School, totaling 9 months!

Circuit Riders is a missions organization with a 6-month-long Discipleship Training School that is dedicated to equipping young people with practical skills and resources to encourage them to walk in the fullness of their identity and callings in Christ.

SoundLabs is a hybrid program with the DTS designed for musicians to sharpen their craft, get a ton of practical knowledge, and play during worship sessions that happen throughout the week, all while doing the DTS.

I graduated high school early last year so that I could go on the Carry The Love tour with Circuit Riders for 2.5 months, and it really opened my eyes to how I can use a gift of music to reach people with the gospel! I also got to evangelize to people in school hallways, restaurants, and everywhere we went every day, and it was incredible to see how God uses our “yes”!

Seeing the gift of playing keys grow so much in 2.5 months in my own life, and getting to bring that back home and to my church all for the glory of God made me hungry to see what more He can do with my “yes”!
