Hey y'all! This is Katie Rogers and I am a full time missionary with Fire and Fragrance Nashville, a branch ministry of YWAM - Youth With A Mission.

This past January, I went to Huntington Beach California to be trained by the Circuit Riders in a 5 month Discipleship Training School. I spent three months in California and two months in the Philippines. I saw God move so powerfully in my life and in people around me. Hundreds of people were saved and set free as they came to experience the unconditional love of Jesus. During my time in the Philippines, God gave me His heart for Nashville, and I became gripped by the reality that the Gospel needs to be spread there. I realized that people in my own backyard need Jesus just as much as other nations do, and I am excited to step into that calling and see how the Lord transforms Nashville for His glory.

Fire and Fragrance shares this heart for Nashville, and exists to equip our generation with the message and proclamation of Jesus Christ. F & F Nashville is a new base created to train and send out missionaries to America and the nations. Practically, this looks like evangelism and volunteerism within our local community, running youth camps and DTS, hosting public worship nights and prayer rooms, and coming alongside other organizations to advance the kingdom in Nashville! I am looking forward to coming under the vision of F & F and partnering with them to pioneer this new missions community. We believe that Nashville will be the next city of revival, where the lost will be saved, healed, and sent out. We want to see this generation burn for Jesus!

All of this is fueled spiritually by Matthew 28:19, the Great Commission, and financially by people like you. It is a blessing to do ministry full time, but I cannot do it without your help. I am building a team of monthly financial supporters who will help me fully serve this ministry as I join staff in January 2025.  This position has a funding need of $2,000/month. This covers my living expenses, transportation, and occasional travel needs for the ministry.
