Hi, I’m Katya MacFarlane!

I’m passionate about seeing women restored to all God created them to be through discovering their identity in Christ. In my own life, I have seen God restore and heal me through discovering my identity in Christ, intentionally pursuing the presence of God, and walking in godly community. I love seeing my own testimony multiplied in those around me.

I specifically feel called to unreached nations! These are with a majority of the population is unreached with the good news of Jesus, meaning less 2% of the population is Christian and there is not a church large enough to reach the rest of the population, and many times not a Bible in their language.

In 2024, I left to do a Discipleship Training School with YWAM for 6 months in the Himalayas, trekking and sharing the gospel in remote villages and cities, and I plan to return soon to continue my calling to see restoration among women in unreached nations. I know the Lord will send me to many nations in the future, and I am excited that the first step is Nepal!

As I prep to move long term overseas, I am pioneering a women’s discipleship house in St. Paul, Minnesota where we are cultivating an emotionally safe living space for intentional healing to see women reconciled and restored with God. Wherever I am, I am committed to seeing women reconciled to all they were created to be through community and discipleship, and I believe in the fullness of healing first rooted in relationship with Jesus!
