Hi, I'm Kristianna :)

After spending 3 years as a student at Radiant School of Ministry, I now have the honor of serving full-time on staff. My time in the school completely changed my life, it deepened my relationship with the Lord, gave me a heart for discipleship, and ignited a passion to see young adults walk in freedom, purpose, and identity in Christ.

Now, as part of the RSM staff team, I get to pour back into the environment that shaped me. I serve in two main areas: administration and discipleship. I help run the behind-the-scenes details that keep the school moving, managing student logistics, supporting staff and leaders, and creating systems that help things run with excellence. I also get to help with discipling students, walking with them through their journey, helping them grow in their faith, and championing what God is doing in their lives.

This year, I’m continuing to build a team of monthly supporters, people who believe in the next generation and want to be part of raising up leaders through their giving and prayer. I truly couldn’t do this without the support and encouragement of others, and I’m so grateful for every person who’s come alongside me.

Thank you for reading and for partnering with what God is doing through RSM and my role on staff. It’s a joy to be part of something bigger than myself, and I’m so expectant for all that’s ahead.
