What's up everyone, my name is Joshua and I'm coming on here out of obedience and a heart of faith. About two years ago, I was encountered by the love of Christ in my bedroom, and from the moment I accepted Him, I knew I had to tell everyone I knew that Jesus is alive and active. Throughout these past 2 years, I've had the privilege of witnessing people getting healed, getting set free out of bondage, and receiving salvation. I also had the privilege to serve my local church as a middle school youth leader and also being a part of the worship team.

About a year ago, I met with my head pastor, and we were talking about the next step for me because I was getting ready to graduate a year early. As we were talking, he threw out the idea about joining an organization called YWAM (Youth With A Mission). He described that I would do 6 months getting trained on how to be a missionary and going out to the nations to proclaim Jesus to the lost. I instantly shut the idea down because I felt Jesus had other plans for me and that I needed to stay local.

3 months ago, I was at work, and all of a sudden, I felt God was trying to point something out to me, and I couldn't grasp what it was. All of a sudden, I couldn't get the word 'nations' out of my head, and the more I thought about it, the more I felt like this is what Jesus is pulling me towards. After work, my friends and I went to get coffee and hang out, and as we sat down, I went on my phone, and a few moments later, I clicked YWAM's profile on social media and saw that their motto was 'to the nations.' In that moment, I felt instant peace and felt that's where God was leading me.

I called our youth pastor about the crazy encounter that was happening, and we set up a meeting with our head pastor afterward. As I was telling our pastor everything that was happening, he told me, 'Josh, I've been praying over this for you for years, go apply now.' Without hesitation, I applied to a YWAM base called 'Circuit Riders.' Circuit Riders is a missionary youth movement that proclaims the word of God in high schools, universities, cities, and different nations. I will be trained to evangelize, minister, and lead worship all around the world.

Lastly, I'm simply being obedient to this call, even knowing this is one of the biggest steps I'm taking in my faith and in my life. You teaming up with me with support in prayer and financially will help me beyond words and will help me on my journey as I tell the world Jesus is still alive and is here.
