Helloooo family!
My name is Jayla, and I’ve been transformed by the love of God.
Over this past season, God has been leading me toward missions and growing my passion for worship, teaching, and discipleship, helping people follow Jesus and become more like Him. That passion has continued to deepen as I’ve watched people encounter God through worship, community, and the study of Scripture.
During my time serving in Uzbekistan and Cyprus, I saw how global and personal God’s love truly is. Through Muslim evangelism, discipleship, English classes, children’s ministry, and refugee and homeless outreach, God gave me a deeper burden for the least reached people groups, especially women and children in places where access to the Bible is limited and sharing the gospel can be difficult.
This fall, with your prayers and support, I will attend the School of Biblical Studies (SBS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). SBS is a nine month program where we study the Bible in depth, read it five times, and are equipped to faithfully teach God’s Word. The missionaries I have served alongside have encouraged me that SBS is the natural next step in preparing me to become a long term missionary and eventually live overseas. I would love to connect if you’d like to hear more about this journey or have any questions! My email is: jayla.valsaint@gmail.com.
I would love to invite you to pray and consider partnering with me through prayer and financial support. If you feel led to give a one time or monthly gift, I would be deeply grateful.
I am raising $15,000 to cover:
• Tuition
• Housing and meals
• Ministry materials
• Bills and living expenses
Note: You will receive a tax-deductible receipt if you decide to give!
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher? But how are they to preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”Romans 10:13–15
Not everyone can go, but you can send.
Blessings,
Jayla
