My name is Jeremiah David A. Sta. Ana, and I am a full-time missionary serving in the Philippines under Hope for the Nations Church and the Church Multiplication Coalition (CMC Philippines). I am called to reach and disciple the next generation of young people, raising them to become followers of Christ who will impact their families, communities, and future generations. My life is fully dedicated to seeing lives transformed by the Gospel through discipleship, mentoring, and church multiplication.
My ministry focuses on raising young disciples and developing leaders through consistent Bible studies, mentoring, leadership training, and fellowship gatherings. We are actively engaging youth, helping them grow in faith, discover their calling, and step into ministry themselves. By God’s grace, lives are already being changed—young people are coming to Christ, being baptized, and even starting house churches in their own communities. This is not just about individual transformation, but about building a multiplying movement of disciples.
This calling is deeply personal to me. I once lived a life far from God despite growing up in a religious environment. But everything changed when I encountered Jesus in 2015, who completely transformed my life. Through faithful mentors and missionaries who invested in me, I was discipled and trained. In 2023, God called me into full-time ministry, and by 2024, I was ordained as a missionary. Today, I serve with a burden to see young people rescued, restored, and raised as leaders for Christ.
The vision of my ministry is simple but urgent: to raise young disciples who will become disciple-makers themselves, reaching their own families and communities with the Gospel. Through CMC Philippines, we are committed to church planting, discipleship multiplication, and leadership development. Every Bible study, every conversation, and every gathering is part of this greater mission of expanding God’s Kingdom.
To continue this full-time work, I am prayerfully seeking partners who will stand with me in prayer and financial support. Monthly partnership helps cover basic living needs and sustains ongoing ministry work such as discipleship, outreach, youth camps, and leadership training.
