Hey family and friends!

My name is Jonah and I’m so excited to share with you a little of my story and how you can take part in what God is doing in and through my life!

I became a Christian at an early age, but never truly encountered the transforming love of God until I was 15. Jesus radically saved my life and showed me that He is the only One who will truly satisfy my heart. Ever since then I’ve had a burning passion to deeply and intimately know Jesus and make Him known to all of creation.

In June 2024, I completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Circuit Riders, a division of Youth With a Mission (YWAM).  At Circuit Riders, I specifically felt the call of the Lord to give my life to missions, to reach my generation (Gen-Z) and the nations of the earth with the Gospel!

1 John 5:11-12 says “This is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life and that life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life and whoever doesn’t have the Son of God does not have life.”

The sad reality is that today over 3.15 billion people have never heard the name of Jesus and they haven’t yet had a chance to know the One who gave His life to be in relationship with them.

My vision is to go and share this glorious news of the Gospel to those who have never heard, to the lost, sick and broken people of the earth, that they too might experience the Life that is found in Jesus! My mission is as I go, to inspire this generation to see the need, stand up and say that’s not ok! Not on our watch, not while we have breath in our lungs! That we would be a generation that says absolutely yes to Jesus, and would give our lives to see the great commission fulfilled!

To do this, here are what the next steps look like in the coming months:

•. Starting September 2024, I will be attending a Catalytic Bible School with YWAM Lancaster in Pennsylvania-  

•       In February 2025, I will be attending the School of Biblical Studies with YWAM in South Africa.  

•       Serve on outreach mission trips with YWAM as a part of my Bible school studies and help wherever God has me

Through these opportunities, I am excited to most importantly know Jesus more, study His Word, worship and praise Him, and develop practical leadership skills I can use in missions and in my life.
