We are the Mantes Family, and we call the San Fernando Valley home, not just as a place to live, but as a mission field we are called to love. We are ministers planted in our neighborhood, committed to the people around us, and grounded in the conviction that the church is most powerful when it is most personal. Our life and our calling are not separate things. They happen at the same table, on the same block, in the same living rooms where we raise our family.

We are part of Renew Valley Church of House Churches, a newly established and growing ministry rooted right here in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Our calling is simple, but it is profound: to make disciples who make disciples.

We believe the house church is not simply a model, it is a return to the relational, intimate form of church life found in the New Testament.

That conviction shapes everything we do. Our approach to discipleship is intentionally personal, walking alongside people one-on-one, gathering in small groups, and investing in life-on-life relationships that go far deeper than a Sunday meeting could ever reach.

Our ministry extends beyond our own gatherings, too. We are actively reaching out to families across our community, meeting practical needs, building trust with neighbors, and sharing the gospel on the streets and doorsteps of the Valley. We see every family touched as a potential new expression of the church in their own home, on their own street.

We are fully convinced that God has called us to this work. But we also know that no missionary goes alone. Behind every disciple made, every family reached, every living room where the church gathers for the first time, there is a community of people who believed in the mission before they saw the fruit.

That is the role we are asking you to consider.
