Jake and Jules have been involved in missions and ministry in some capacity throughout their adult lives and have both completed short and mid-term field assignments in the 10/40 window. However, they have dedicated their twenties to preparing to serve long-term. During this time, Jules has earned a B.S. in Nursing and has gained multiple years of experience in emergency obstetrics. Jake has earned a B.S. in sustainable community development and an M.A. in humanitarian and disaster leadership, and has gained professional experience in his field while serving the persecuted church and working to reach frontier and unreached people groups in a closed Muslim nation. We believe God has called us to our vocations in the medical and development fields, not only as a platform for creative access to closed countries but as a means to bear witness to Christ through word and deed, obeying the great commission as well as the great commandment. Our family's vision is to see the Gospel demonstrated and proclaimed among the unreached and unengaged, specifically in the Muslim world. In the fall of 2026, our family will be moving to the heart of the Muslim world to join a frontier field team and begin our life of long-term service.
