Hi! I'm Jasmine Hoagland, an aspiring full-time missionary with YWAM, currently situated in Kona, Hawaii.

I grew up on the mission field in Chiang Rai, Thailand around young village kids from the hill-tribes of South East Asia. Life seemed normal back then, surrounded by others who didn't look or have the same belief system as me. Then, as I got older, the reality of Thai society saddened my heart, making me want to help free the people from their cultural bounds.

Now, I have the opportunity to take part in YWAM's Discipleship Training School to deepen my love for Jesus and prepare me for life as a full time missionary. My team and I will go on an outreach in Germany working with Afgan refugees and reaching out to the local community. I will gain experience sharing the love of God to different cultures and religious backgrounds. I hope that after my time preparing for the mission field, I will be launched to Thailand as a full-time missionary and reach the lost across that nation.
