Hi friends!

My name is Jubilee and I’ll be attending Youth With A Mission in Brisbane, Australia, through the months of October, 2024- April of 2025.

YWAM’s motto is to “Know God and make God known.” As I’ve grown in my faith and love for Jesus, He has also given me a heart for the nations and a huge desire to truly know Him, and to make Him known. So in pursuit of living out The Great Commission we’re given in Matthew 28:18-20, I will be living in Brisbane for 4 months and for the final 2 months I will either be on outreach overseas near Southeast Asia, or traveling to many other cities in Australia.

For the 4 months spent in Brisbane, also known as the lecture phase of this Discipleship Training School, a team of about 25 students and I will be lectured and discipled on several topics in preparation for our 2 months on outreach. We will also have time to focus on certain “tracks” or gifts that we feel called to use to evangelize and give glory to our Father, such as: music, art, dance, film/photography, and coffee.

I’m not quite sure yet what the outreach phase will look like, since the location I’ll be traveling to is still to be determined, but I will be sending newsletters throughout my time at YWAM.
