My name is Jenese Gedius, and I am a Haitian missionary serving God in the Dominican Republic. I grew up in a children's home, an experience that deeply shaped my life and taught me the importance of love, compassion, and hope. Because I experienced the care and kindness of people who invested in my life as a child, God placed in my heart a desire to share that same love with others who are hurting, vulnerable, and often forgotten. I believe that every person is precious in God's eyes and deserves to be treated with dignity, love, and compassion.

In 2023, I started a ministry called Genesis for Children in Haiti. The vision of this ministry was to support children in need through education, encouragement, and by sharing the love of Jesus Christ. However, because of the many personal challenges I faced, along with the difficult situation in Haiti and my limited financial resources, I was unable to continue the ministry as I had hoped. Even during those difficult times, I never stopped praying and asking God to show me how to begin again.

In 2026, God answered my prayers. He placed a new vision in my heart through something I have always loved—flowers. To me, flowers represent love, hope, encouragement, and God's care for people. Although I had very few resources, I chose to begin with what God had placed in my hands. On May 31, 2026, I relaunched the ministry and renamed it Bouquet Love and Blessings Ministry. This new name reflects the mission God has given me: to bring love, blessings, hope, and the compassion of Jesus Christ through practical acts of kindness.

Today, Bouquet Love and Blessings Ministry visits people who are sick in their homes, widows, abandoned elderly people, vulnerable children and youth, and people with disabilities. During our visits, we bring a bouquet of flowers and a basket of fruit as symbols of God's love and hope. Whenever possible, we also provide clothing, food, toiletries, and other essential items. We share God's Word, encourage them with Scripture, pray with them, listen to their stories, and remind them that they are not alone because Jesus loves them.

Another important part of my vision is to help people who are sick but cannot afford medical care. Many people know they need treatment but cannot pay for doctor visits, medical tests, transportation, or medication. I also hope to support children and young people through education, life-skills training, and vocational opportunities so they can become independent, care for their families, and build a better future.

I cannot accomplish this vision alone. I invite you to partner with me through prayer and financial support.
