Hi friends! My name is Imya Terrell, and I’m a missionary serving with Prayer House in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Prayer House exists to create spaces where people can encounter the presence of God, and I have the incredible privilege of serving within a ministry devoted to prayer, worship, and discipleship.

The Lord specifically led me here with a desire in my heart to help build what He is doing and to be part of seeing people encounter Jesus in a real and transformative way. I deeply believe that when people experience the presence of God, everything changes. My heart is to see people know the Lord intimately, understand His heart rightly, and walk confidently in the identity and calling He has placed on their lives.

I also serve within our discipleship huddle, where I have the opportunity to invest in others as they grow deeper in their faith and relationship with Jesus.

As I continue serving full-time in this mission, I am currently building a team of monthly prayer and financial partners who feel led to invest in what God is doing through this ministry. My monthly support goal is $2,500, which helps cover living expenses and allows me to serve fully focused on the mission the Lord has placed before me.

More than anything, I would be so grateful for your prayers as I continue walking in obedience to this calling.
