My name is Isaac Kumpf, a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and a staff leader with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Over the years, I have been called to serve in leadership, guiding and mentoring staff and students as we pursue God’s heart for missions and discipleship. My journey with YWAM has allowed me to grow in faith, leadership, and vision, and it is my passion to see others step into the calling God has placed on their lives.

YWAM’s mission is to know God and to make Him known. Our ministry is about equipping and sending out fully devoted followers of Jesus into their communities and around the world. Through teaching, outreach, and intentional discipleship, we help people encounter Christ, discover their calling, and grow into leaders who will impact their spheres of influence. As a staff leader, I have the privilege of walking alongside these students and staff, helping them develop spiritually, emotionally, and practically as they live out their faith in action.

This ministry cannot thrive without a community of people who believe in what God is doing through us. I need prayer partners who will intercede for God’s guidance, protection, and provision as we continue to lead and serve. Your prayers make a tangible difference, empowering us to navigate challenges, step into opportunities, and witness lives transformed by God’s love.
