Hello! My name is Hailee and I want to take a moment to share what God is doing, not only in my life, but in other’s lives around the world!
I had my first encounter with Jesus when I was in high school, and since then, I have been radically transformed by His grace and mercy. The Lord has healed my heart—changing me from someone who was insecure and afraid of what others thought, into someone who is now bold in my faith and passionate about proclaiming the gospel to the ends of the earth.
In January of this year, I felt the Lord calling me to say yes to YWAM (Youth With A Mission), and I’m so grateful I did. My time there completely wrecked me—in the best way—stirring a deeper hunger to be fully sold out for Jesus. While on my first mission trip, I encountered the Lord in new and powerful ways. I saw His wild pursuit—not only for the people we were ministering to, but for me, too.
Because of that, I now carry a deep passion to help others hear the Good News and run after God with fully surrendered hearts.
After reading the Bible and seeing how Jesus ultimately laid down His life for us, my only response is to follow Him and say yes to the life He has called me to live. Just as the disciples listened to the words of Jesus, obeyed them, and carried out His mission, I am moved to do the same—especially in light of His commission in Matthew 28:19–20:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
I believe the Lord is calling me to follow His example—to lay down my life, to serve, and to radically love others just as He did.
To walk in this calling, I am partnering with YWAM Kona and committing the next two years of my life to be trained and equipped through their leadership school. As the Lord leads, I will serve as a staff member with Fire & Fragrance, helping disciple and send out young missionaries to the nations.
Here’s what the next season will look like:
October–December 2025: I will be in Norway for leadership training, preparing to staff the Fire & Fragrance Discipleship Training School.
January–June 2026: I will be back in Kona, staffing a DTS, discipling students, and co-leading a team on international outreach.
Following this: I’ll continue serving with YWAM Kona, pouring into students, leading outreaches, and helping carry the heart of Jesus to the nations.
