We are Hiram Maldonado from Puerto Rico and Paula Rodríguez from Argentina, a family of five serving as full-time missionaries with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 2003.

Together with our three children, Tiago, Lucca, and Mia, we are based in Rosario, Argentina, where we serve as base directors of YWAM Rosario, pastoring and discipling an international community of around 50 people.

Our heart is to train, disciple, and send young people into missions and into their God-given purpose. Through Discipleship Training Schools (DTS), leadership development, and arts ministries, we equip individuals to encounter God, grow in their identity, and become influential in different areas of society. We are passionate about using creative arts such as music, dance, and performance as powerful tools for evangelism and transformation.

We also serve as a bridge between nations, regularly teaching and ministering in different countries and YWAM locations around the world. Through this, we strengthen global partnerships, equip leaders, and mobilize missionaries, carrying a heart to see unity in the Body of Christ and the Gospel reaching every nation.

As full-time missionaries, we depend 100% on the partnership of people who share our vision. We believe that missions is a collective calling, and we cannot do this alone. Your prayers are essential for spiritual strength, guidance, and protection, while your financial support enables us to continue training, discipling, and reaching others with the love of Jesus.
