Hello all friends and family! My name is Hunter Kissner and I have the joy and privilege to be a missionary with YWAM in Honolulu Hawaii!
In 2016 I had a radical encounter with the Lord that changed my life ever since. Then in 2024, the Lord interrupted my life and sent me to YWAM to do the DTS (Discipleship Training School) and my eyes were opened to what a world of missions really looked like. During this time, my heart began to break for the nations and a burden in my heart grew to be a part of bringing love and hope to the nations.
I am now on staff with YWAM and the DTS!! This is a dream of mine to be doing, as this school took me so much deeper in my walk with God and showed me more of His character and love for people in other nations. I am hoping and praying for all incoming students to have this same testimony. My role as staff first and most importantly will be to serve the students in any way they need. I’ll be walking with them, discipling them and encouraging them wherever they're at in their walk and helping them get to where God is calling them.
I also have the honor to lead teams to the nations on mission trips to share the love, hope and joy of Jesus with people groups who have never heard it before! Witnessing people of other countries receive Jesus is a gift that wrecks me every time!
I have always had a joy and a desire to love others and love them well. I truly believe that is my main calling in life; second to my primary calling of falling more and more in love with Jesus every day. I am so excited to do this for the rest of my life, however the Lord wants it to happen!
It would be an honor to have your support, and that can look many ways!
First and foremost would be through prayer! Please be praying for me; prayers to be a faithful servant to the Lord and a bold, loving and wise leader of the DTS. Also that I would be an effective and surrendered vessel for the Lord to use wherever and however He wants in the nations.
The second way to support me is through financial giving. YWAM is completely non-profit, no one receives a salary. We, as staff members, are completely dependent on God for providing the money, through the body of Christ, to live and do what He has called us to do. Specifically, I would like to raise $1,500 monthly to go towards my living expenses.

• Savings
I ask you to pray about becoming a monthly supporter, however, one-time donations are also helpful! You can give either way below. I ask that this be above your tithe to your own church.
