Greg and Shirley Carlson have served in global mission and ministry for more than 30 years, spanning Mexico City to Montevideo, Moscow to Melbourne. As ordained ministers and graduates of Asbury Theological Seminary, they bring complementary gifts shaped by decades of cross-cultural service, leadership, and pastoral care. Their calling is to strengthen God’s people so the gospel advances with resilience and hope.
God has confirmed His blessing for them to keep serving out of the passions He has given—Greg in life coaching for men, and Shirley in prayer ministry and life debriefing. Together, their focus is multiplying healthy disciples and leaders who in turn invest in others.
Greg is a certified life coach, member of the International Coaching Federation, and candidate for Sex Addiction Specialist Coach certification. He draws on years of ministry and recovery work to help men grow in courage, emotional maturity and spiritual responsibility, equipping them to lead their families and communities with integrity.
Shirley’s earliest training was as a nurse and midwife, shaping her lifelong compassion for care. An ordained minister and certified inner healing practitioner, she helps people process their stories, encounter Christ’s presence, and regain vision to serve Him faithfully.
Greg and Shirley have four adult children: Micah and Nico (Caitlyn) in the USA and Maddy (Sam) and Tiffy in Australia.
Together they depend on prayer and financial partners to join this ministry of healing, growth, and disciple-making.
