Hi friends!

My name is Grace, and God has transformed my life, and now I want to extend that life changing love of Christ to others, all over the world.

One of my favorite books of the Bible is Habakkuk, a deep look into suffering and the question we all have about  what God is doing in our lives.

 Habakkuk 1:5 “The Lord replied, ‘Look at the nations; look and be amazed! For I am doing  something in your own day, something you wouldn't believe even if someone told you about it.”

I’ve often found myself in Habakkuk’s position, crying out to God in desperation and confusion. Every time He has responded to me with compassion and patient love,  He has continuously  shown me His faithfulness while leading my life.

After graduating high school, I took a gap year - I was unsure of what God had for me. While working, He’s been teaching me to trust Him in the midst of suffering, confusion and grief. He has given me hope while in dark places and I’m learning the beauty of being fully surrendered. He’s guided me to mentors, given me friends who’ve inspired me to fully seek God, and through this I have felt God moving me in for His calling on my life.

I have an ache in my heart for my generation, wanting to see them experience God’s  presence in their lives, to truly encounter Jesus. That’s why this fall I plan to  attend a 6-month DTS (Discipleship Training School) under Youth With A Mission (YWAM) located in Ozarka, AR. My family and I have prayed passionately over this opportunity. I've seen His hand on this decision and  have peace about it. I’m excited about the community, seeking God, and being able to serve others in the US  and around the world.

3 months in the Ozarks will be spent training in evangelism, seeking and learning more about God’s character, and serving via community outreach.

3 months overseas will be spent putting all that we have learned to practice, serving others and speaking boldly about the Gospel and Christs love for the nations.

I’d be   grateful for your prayers as I jump headfirst into His plan for my life - God listens to the prayers of His people and I ask that you pray for His protection and provision for me and those around me, as well as peace and encouragement through whatever challenges  the enemy throws at me.

For the full 6 months I need to raise around $6000, this includes all food, transportation, housing, tuition etc.

Although this adventure is only 6 months, I am prepared to lay down the rest of my life to serve God and bring His message and love to the nations. I am so so excited to see what God does through this mission, and to be a part of God's bigger plan for the world!
