Hi, I’m Faith Laursen—I’m 20 years old and originally from Oregon. I’ve always loved adventure, being outdoors, and saying yes to spontaneous moments. That boldness and joy is part of what led me to missions. In January of last year, I moved to Kona, Hawai’i to complete my Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM. That season ignited a deep passion in me for missions, evangelism, and sharing the love of Jesus with the world.

I now serve with Fire & Fragrance in Nashville, a YWAM community committed to seeing revival on college campuses, in local churches, and throughout the nations. Our heart is to equip and activate young people to boldly live out the Gospel—through discipleship, evangelism, and intentional community.

We focus on training and sending youth into the 10/40 Window—regions of the world with little to no access to the Gospel. Our mission is to raise up young leaders who are deeply rooted in Jesus and equipped to go into unreached nations to share the good news and make disciples. Whether through local outreach or global missions, it’s all about seeing lives transformed by the love of God.
