Hello, my name is Eowyn Hardebeck, and I am serving in full‑time missions with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Grimerud in Norway!

I attended a Discipleship Training School (DTS) in 2025, where I was deeply encountered by the love of Jesus and inspired to go further into missions.

My main mission at YWAM Grimerud is to serve as a leader for the Discipleship Training School of over 100 students. As a staff leader, I will be partnering with another staff member to plan a two‑and‑a‑half‑month outreach trip for a team of 7–9 students. This includes organizing housing, schedules, transportation, ministry contacts, and then leading the trip myself as one of the outreach leaders.

A major part of my role is discipling the girls on my team. I will be someone they can lean on, a safe place to process, receive support, and grow. I’ll be intentionally investing in them, walking alongside them, and helping them take steps forward in their relationship with God and in their personal development.

In addition to DTS responsibilities, I will also serve in various staff roles on the base in Norway. These may include event planning, sound, media, worship team, coordinating teachings, and other practical areas of ministry.

During the spring, I will remain in Norway to help serve the base, prepare for the next group of students, staff camps, and step into whatever else the Lord has in store.

I am so thankful that the Lord has intentionally called me to be here in this season of my life. My dream is to see students step into their identity in Christ, go all in for Jesus, and share His name in the nations. I also long to grow closer to my Creator each day and share His love with others.
