I’m David, originally from the UK and now serving with Fire and Fragrance (FFSA) in Potch, South Africa.

Having completed a Discipleship School and 2 secondary Bible Schools with FFSA, I am now currently School Leading our three-month Bible school focused on helping students understand the full story of God in Scripture.

Our Bible School will run from September to December, and we hope to take around 50 students on a transformative journey to know and encounter God in a deeper way, and equip them to communicate the story of God to others!

For the rest of the year, I am part of the Bible Department Team at FFSA, and we work to improve our School's curriculums, and Bible Literacy, and engagement throughout our community, our city, and abroad.

After Uni, I spent 7 years teaching in China, where God really met me and turned my life around. He gave me a heart for the nations and his words, and it is now a privilege to use my teaching gift for God's kingdom!

I am newly married (Feb 2026) to Sharissa, who also serves here with FFSA, and we are excited for God to continue to reveal his plans for our lives.

We would love to serve God for years to come, and I believe God is preparing me for further Bible teaching, but we require supporters for us to do so, and so we would love to invite you to consider partnering with us financially and in prayer.
