Hi! I hope this message finds you and your family well. My name is Deborah, I’m 23 years old, and it’s a privilege to share with you what the Lord is doing in and through my life at this particular point in time.

Last year, I graduated from UCLA with the intent to pursue law school. Simultaneously, I vowed to the Lord that my life was not my own. Unbeknownst to me, He would test this vow by offering a deeper surrender–a path which differed from that which I had hoped to walk. This path has led me to Jesus and the foot of His cross through a 9 month discipleship program called Jesus School. Located in Orlando, FL we as students are taught to love Him with all of our hearts and in return, love His people and the lost.

The Lord has called me back to Jesus School for a 2nd year where I’ll continue to grow in my relationship with Christ and additionally be equipped to preach His glorious Gospel. When it comes to missions, our school engages on a local, domestic, and international scale. This year, I’ll be leading a weekly outreach group of fellow students as we minister around Orlando, FL by sharing the Gospel, feeding the hungry, praying for the sick, and more. In the fall and spring, I will have the opportunity to go on a domestic or international mission under the covering of my school. Last year, I had the privilege of going to Houston, Texas where the love of Jesus gripped  many lost souls. To add, some of my classmates had the honor of traveling to the Philippines where the Gospel was preached and the “lame” began to walk!

The Lord is so graciously pouring out His Spirit as we look to Him and share Jesus with the world. I am excited for all that will take place during my 2nd year at Jesus School and for what will come through weekly outreach and fall/spring missions.

I would also love to share how you can partner with me as a student! First and foremost, prayers that the Lord would continue to reveal Himself to us as we preach His glorious Gospel. Next is through contributing towards my school fees–I am actively applying for jobs in the Orlando area to finance everyday needs, so I’d mainly need one-time support for tuition! Here is a breakdown of how your contribution would be allocated ($6,600): Jesus School Tuition - $4,950, Worship Academy - $1,650, Fall/Spring Missions - TBD.
