We are Charisma and Bret De San Jose, a full-time volunteer missionary family serving with YWAM IMPACT PH.
Our Mission
As a family, our mission is to bring the light and hope of Christ to the Filipino people and to the nations. We desire to reach, love, and disciple communities—teaching, training, and empowering families and the next generation to know their true identity, purpose, and calling in God.
Together, we champion community transformation through evangelism, prayer, worship, Bible studies, children’s ministry, livelihood programs, and practical service. We want to walk with people not just in ministry, but in relationship, carrying the heart of Jesus wherever He leads us.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see discipling communities rise up in the Philippines and across the nations—bold, prayerful, and passionate about Jesus. We believe God is calling us to help build a house of prayer for all nations, where every tribe, tongue, and nation worships and prays together in unity.
As a family, we dream of generations who love Jesus deeply, families restored and strengthened, and communities transformed by the Gospel. We want to see people sent out to fulfill the Great Commission—one community at a time, one family at a time, one heart at a time.
