Dr. Costa and Elizabeth Costa stepped into their calling just two weeks after their wedding, moving straight to the mission field of Mozambique. Their ministry began with a mobile dental clinic, traveling deep into the Mozambican bush—offering medical care by day and evangelism crusades by night. In those simple, courageous beginnings, they witnessed the Lord draw countless hearts to Himself.

Over the years, their ministry has expanded in remarkable ways. They have served alongside Mercy Air flying teams to remote and inaccessible villages, partnered with YWAM with medical and dental initiatives, served orphanages, and assisted in disaster relief efforts with compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to the Gospel. Their professional experience has also helped developing communities launch micro-businesses, strengthen agriculture, and build sustainable hope for the future.

Two decades later, the Costas  are still going strong. Based in Kansas City, their ministry continues to grow throughout the U.S. and the Portuguese-speaking world. Their heart remains the same: to build up missionaries and national leaders, strengthen the church and the prayer movement, to bring much needed medical and dental care to remote and impoverished communities, and to bring in a great harvest for the Kingdom.
