My name is Brian Hughes, and my greatest desire is to know Jesus and help others do the same.

God has called me to live a missionary lifestyle and invest my life in raising up the next generation of leaders. Over the past few years, He has grown my heart for discipleship and shown me the importance of walking alongside young men as they discover their identity in Christ and step into the calling He has placed on their lives.

I have the opportunity to serve on staff with Circuit Riders, where I will disciple young men participating in Discipleship Training School (DTS). My role is to mentor, encourage, and equip these students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus, develop godly character, and prepare to live lives fully devoted to the Great Commission. I believe lasting transformation happens through intentional discipleship, and I am passionate about helping young men become faithful leaders who will impact their families, churches, communities, and the nations. I believe God is raising up a generation that will boldly carry the gospel to the ends of the earth.

My calling is to invest in that generation by helping young men become deeply rooted in Christ, confident in their identity, and prepared to say "yes" to wherever God leads them. By pouring into these future leaders, I believe the impact will extend far beyond one season as they go on to disciple others and advance God's Kingdom around the world.
