Hi, my name is Ayden Schmidgall, and I have a heart for missions and sharing the love of Christ around the world.Â
My journey began when I started a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), an experience that ignited a deep passion within me to serve in the mission field. Through the DTS, I learned not only how to grow in my faith but also how to engage with different cultures, share the Gospel, and support communities in need.
As I continue to follow God’s calling, I plan to build on this foundation by pursuing YWAM’s secondary schools, where I will be equipped with additional tools to serve effectively. These schools will deepen my understanding of God’s word, strengthen my leadership skills, and prepare me for future mission trips. Each experience will be an opportunity to bring hope, compassion, and practical help to people in need around the world.
In the coming months and years, I will be focusing on expanding my mission work, partnering with others who share the same vision to make a lasting impact. I am excited to share that I will be traveling to El Salvador from November 13 to 23, where I will serve local communities by helping children learn English and providing haircuts. This hands-on experience will allow me to directly contribute to the well-being and education of these kids. Additionally, I am thrilled to announce that I will be returning to YWAM Kona this coming January to participate in their new Frontlines School. This program offers the unique opportunity to dive into revival and reformation history. The curriculum will also deepen my understanding of a biblical worldview. Together these opportunities will enhance my ability to serve and empower others effectively.
Whether it’s through prayer, or financial support, I invite you to join me on this journey as we step out in faith together, serving in places that need the light of Jesus.
Ayden
