Hello! My name is Alicia Amor Deriana.

I come from a small town in Montana and I am headed to Kona, Hawaii in September, 2023 to join the University of the Nations and their mission organization called YWAM (Youth With a Mission). I had plans to go to Montana State University after I graduated to study Interior Design; however, I feel that God is calling me to YWAM.

I will be spending three months in Kona during the lecture phase of DTS (Discipleship Training School). DTS equips students to spread the love of Jesus, share the gospel, and help save the lost in this generation and in the nations. I plan to join the music track to be on the worship team during the full six months of DTS. For the remaining three months after lecture phase, I will be going to the nations for my outreach phase.

YWAM’s motto is “To know God and to make him known,” and I'm so excited to join this ministry that God has called me to. I’m unsure of what God has in store for me after DTS but I can’t wait to see the work God does in my life and in others!
