Hi everyone!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Addison Collins! I’m 21 years old, and I have the incredible privilege of serving as full-time staff with Fire & Fragrance based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Over the past few years, the Lord has completely transformed my life through missions. What began as a simple “yes” to Jesus has become a lifelong calling to know Him, make Him known, and see His name proclaimed among every tribe, tongue, and nation. Through training, outreaches, and ministry across the United States and the nations, I’ve watched God move in ways I never imagined. Seeing lives transformed by the gospel has only deepened my conviction that Jesus is worthy of everything.

In this season, I’ll be helping train, disciple, and equip missionaries while leading and sending teams to the nations. My heart burns to see believers awakened to wholehearted devotion to Jesus and equipped to carry the gospel wherever He sends them. I believe we’re living in a generation that God is raising up to fulfill the Great Commission, and it is an incredible honor to play a small part in what He’s doing across the earth.

The Lord has placed so many dreams in my heart for this season, and I’m expectant to watch Him bring them to life:

• Leading strike trips to the nations.

• Trekking through the Himalayas of Nepal to bring Bibles to unreached villages.

• Traveling throughout the United States and other nations, calling believers into missional living.

• Seeing countless people encounter the love, power, and lordship of Jesus Christ.

• Equipping and sending laborers into the harvest until every tribe, tongue, and nation has the opportunity to hear the gospel.

Serving in full-time ministry means I live completely by faith through the generosity of people who choose to partner with what God is doing. Every financial gift and every prayer makes it possible for me to continue training missionaries, preaching the gospel, and saying “yes” wherever the Lord calls me.

To every person who has supported me financially, prayed faithfully, encouraged me, or walked beside me through every transition—thank you. Your partnership has been an answer to prayer, and I truly could not do this without you. Every seed you sow is helping advance the Kingdom of God.
