Hi! My name is Adrianellys and I'm 21 years old. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico inside a Christian household. I am a full-time missionary in YWAM (Youth With A Mission) and I'm currently serving in Te Ao Mārama Auckland base in New Zealand.

From a young age, my parents taught me about Jesus, what it means to live a Christian life, and the importance of having a personal relationship with the Lord. As I grew older, my heart began to burn with desire of sharing the gospel to people all over the world that haven't had the opportunity to hear about Jesus. A few years ago I learned about YWAM and I felt like God was calling me to serve in the nations. In response to that calling, I traveled to New Zealand to do a Discipleship Training School (DTS).

When I was young, I lost my best friend due to the heartbreaking decision he made to take his own life. His death led me to a season of depression, and it was in my lowest moments when Jesus found me. Getting to know God as the Perfect Counselor ignited in me the passion for counseling. During my time in missions God highlighted the need for counselors all over the world. Since then, I equipped myself in the counseling ministry inside YWAM and I plan to continue growing in this calling. My longterm goal is to teach about mental health and provide counseling that is accessible to everyone. I believe everything we are, is rooted in Christ; including our mental health.
