Hinoki Academy is a hands-on bilingual learning community for elementary and middle-school students in Oita, Japan.

We teach from the heart of Jesus and meaningfully integrate faith in life and learning. We are a STEM-inspired eco-school that believes that learning in God's creation and growing our food leads to important life-skills such as risk-mitigation, care, responsibility, perspective and faith. We value Japanese culture, story-telling and traditional farming techniques. We serve families that want an education for their child that inspires them to lead with compassion and to connect with others.
