Thel Rountree, brings to EquipNet, over 30 years experience in video production, photography, learning management systems, computer graphics, music, multimedia and the visual arts. During that time he has acted as a Producer/Director of training, marketing and educational films, on-line training, learning management systems, Internet/Intranet site development, speaker support, simulations, television commercials and weekly television programming.

His degree is in photography and he studied with Ansel Adams and Brett Weston. He also has sat on the media curriculum advisory boards for the California State Multimedia & Entertainment Initiative Economic and Workforce Development Leadership Council, California State University at Fullerton, Pasadena City College, Cypress College, The North Orange County Community College District and the National Science Foundation.

He is currently the International Director of Technology and Learning at Equipnet.  Additionally, he is an adjunct professor at BIOLA university teaching in their art and cinema departments. Prior to this he worked for Development Associates International  where he built their Leadership Lab which is an online learning environment which has over 12,000 registered users from 141 countries.
