My name is Krista Gruber, and I am preparing to serve in Rochester, New York through both BASIC College Ministries (Brothers and Sisters in Christ) and New Testament Christian Church (NTCC). God has placed a deep burden on my heart for this generation, especially college students, and I am honored to step into this season of ministry and discipleship. Through BASIC, I will be traveling to different college campuses throughout the year, preaching the Gospel, teaching training seminars on evangelism and discipleship, and helping students practically live out their faith on campus. I will also be leading an online discipleship and leadership program called Leader Labs, where we will equip and encourage students to become strong Christian leaders at their colleges through weekly Bible-based teachings and discipleship. My heart is to see students not only encounter Jesus personally, but also become bold and effective in reaching others with the Gospel. I feel especially called to college ministry because my own life was radically transformed by Christ during my college years. I know firsthand how pivotal that season of life can be. Studies continue to show a major decline in students continuing in their faith throughout their college years, and many students are searching for truth, purpose, and identity. God has given me a passion to meet students in that moment and point them to the hope and life found in Jesus Christ. Alongside campus ministry, I will also have the opportunity to serve at New Testament Christian Church in Rochester and pour into the local community there. I am excited to serve wherever needed, whether through social media ministry, outreach, supporting church events, or simply helping meet practical needs within the church body. I strongly believe the local church is God’s plan to bring revival, healing, and transformation to communities, and I am grateful to be part of what He is doing through NTCC. My name is Machaela Zeifang, I’m a fulltime missionary with Circuit Riders, a missions and training movement empowered by YWAM (Youth With A Mission) and based out of Huntington Beach, California. MISSIONARY April Harper DONATE I am a research scientist by trade and have a passion to see nations transformed by the power of God. One effective tool in transforming nations is seeing each sphere of society renovated. Within the economical sphere, the motor that drives economy is found in the innovations and discoveries from science. I believe science can be used in a powerful way to bring hope and healing to nations. In order to facilitate this transformation of nations, I am pioneering the ELON Research Institute, a ministry of Youth With A Mission. I have been involved with missionary work since 1995 and in 2014 began to use my science skills full time on the mission field by establishing labs in remote areas. I currently have 4 labs in operation, 2 of which are in the jungle of Papua New Guinea. I have trained over 50 local community health care workers whom are also the leaders of the labs in the jungle. At Circuit Riders we believe in training and empowering the next generation in the lifestyle and culture of Jesus. We believe our mission field is our generation and we will stop at nothing to reach them. During my last Discipleship Training School with Fire and Fragrance, I grew in ways I didn't know were possible. The Lord broke through things I thought I would just have to live with. And while I was there, my eyes were opened to the significance and the weight of the cross. The burdens and sins He took upon Himself for me. I knew my life was over and it was all His, I was ready to lay down my plans and my life to pick up His. Over these last few months God has been breaking my heart for the US. For the women that don't know their identity as a daughter, and for the college campuses that have accepted and given into the environment around them. My heart breaks for my generation, to see them bound to sin and addiction and not know their identity as sons and daughters. Since being back home, the Lord has asked me to join Circuit Riders under their Discipleship Training School. I will be growing more in the skills and passions that the Lord has placed in my life. Additionally I will be growing in leadership skills and most important, growing closer to God in a God fearing community. Missionary Isaac Smith DONATE Hello! Isaac Smith here and I’m staffing in YWAM! Right after graduating high school, God called me to YWAM(Youth With A Mission). He placed the next generation of North Korea in my heart. Throughout DTS (Discipleship Training School), God continued to confirm this calling through seminars, friends, and pastors. He allowed me to see the beauty not only of North Korea but of Korea as a whole. Many speakers shared what the Lord had placed on their hearts. They spoke about how we are all part of the reunification and the role foreigners play in the Korean church, how America will stand behind the Korean church as a source of support. DTS is a six-month period spent with a group of like-minded brothers and sisters, chasing after who God is and striving to be disciples of Christ. Throughout this time, God reveals so much as you immerse yourself in His kingdom's culture. The first thing God revealed to me was that being His disciple is a “one day at a time” adventure. A mindset He wanted to correct in me was the idea of “one and done.” I believed that once you surrender your doubts, worries, and ambitions into His hands, you would never face them again. But every day, He reminded me—and still reminds me—that I must lay everything I have at His feet daily. This is what it means to be a disciple of Christ. On days when I failed to do this, I felt distant, as if His voice was behind a wall. So I continuously die to my old self, following Jesus wherever He is guiding me—hanging my old clothes on the cross and putting on the robes He has prepared for me. Another key lesson He wanted to instill in me was the joy found in community and relationships. Before DTS, the enemy planted a lie in my mind that I was a burden to others and that being alone was where I belonged. But in the first week of DTS, our speaker, the leader of our DTS, Myungsook Nam, spoke on exactly that—joy in community and relationships. Her main point was that joy from the Lord is expressed through those around us; therefore, joy is found in relationships—not only with God but also with other disciples of Christ. Through these people, whom I can now call my new family, He has shown me immense love and joy. Now, as DTS comes to an end, I am left with a gratitude I cannot fully express. God called me to Korea but for the first three weeks, I had no clue why I was in Korea. I wrestled with doubt and reconsideration during that time. At the height of this doubt, during the third week, our school was invited to attend a seminar called The One Day Gathering. I was hesitant to go, as we had a book report due and I was working on a video for the DTS. However, one of the staff members came to me and suggested I attend. Curious, I asked for more details and learned that the seminar was a brief introduction to the North Korean ministry happening around us. The staff member shared that when he attended the same event last year, he had little interest in this ministry, but after hearing about what was happening in North Korea and how people were responding, God tugged on his heartstrings and called him deeper into his mission for North Korea. So, I decided to go and even convinced a few other students to join me. Through this seminar and the testimonies of speakers who had experienced North Korea first hand—including those who had escaped—God opened my eyes to my purpose in this season in Korea. My immediate thought was, How do I stay in Korea? God used my lifelong love for Northeast Asia and the deep-rooted relationships I had built within the school to call me to staff at the base in Gadeok. This was an unmistakable calling from God that I could not ignore. With this revelation, I spoke to other staff members about my heart for North Korea, and they affirmed my calling to Korea—to be part of the reunification of the Korean Church and One Korea. Just to introduce you to the base in Korea—the exact location is in Busan, Korea, in Gadeok. If you don’t know what YWAM is, it stands for Youth With A Mission, first established in 1960 by Loren Cunningham and his wife, Darlene Cunningham. There are over 1,200 bases in more than 180 countries. Each base organizes schools referred to as DTSs (Discipleship Training Schools), usually lasting around six months. Depending on the size of the base, they may run multiple DTSs at once, each with a different central focus. Mine was i2i (Intimacy to Impact)—designed to develop a personal relationship with God in order to make an impact on the world. A DTS typically consists of three months of lectures and discipleship, followed by three months of outreach. The outreach locations vary for each DTS as they are guided by the Lord. Isaac Donate

Missionary Noah Boganowski DONATE Hello friends and family, My name is Noah Boganowski, I’m 21 years old, and I want to share some exciting news about where God is leading me. Earlier this year, I completed Circuit Riders, a six-month Discipleship Training Program. The first three months were spent in Huntington Beach, California, being trained in the gospel, and the last three months were spent traveling across the U.S.—from Ohio to Texas—preaching the gospel on college campuses and hosting worship nights. During that time, I clearly felt the Lord tell me I was going to be in Ohio, even though I didn’t know what that would look like. Over the last several months, God continued to speak to me about being still and waiting on His timing. Then, about a month ago, I received a call from Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Columbus, offering me a position to staff their Discipleship School. Immediately, I knew this was from the Lord, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to step into what He had spoken over my life. For the next 18 months, I will be serving as a house leader and mentor, discipling students while also continuing to grow in my own walk with God. MISSIONARY Courtney Kindall DONATE Hi! I am Courtney Kindall! I am 22, born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. I am the middle of 2 girls and my family is my everything! Almost my entire life I have dreamed of being a missionary, so it was obvious my answer when I was asked to join and tour with the Circuit Riders’ program Brave Love as a full time missionary. Circuit Riders is a program that is designed to lead a generation into radical freedom in order for them to step into the places of influence they’ve been assigned to, in order be a catalyst in their generation! We want to see a generation be so in love with Jesus and be solutions to the world’s problems through being led by The Holy Spirit! Specifically the program of Brave Love focuses in on women and their role and part in the body of Christ. The ministries primary bases of why they do what they do comes from the woman, Deborah, whose story can be found in Judges 4 and 5 in The Old Testament. She was a women lead by compassion to see and step in to see the promises of God’s people fulfilled, although it did not look anything like what He had promised. This choice to step in took courage and her stepping out of apathy looking onto injustices, and shifted to a heart of compassion. There was a reason she was called a Mother to Israel! My heart burns to see young women empowered to carry out their burning hearts, and to partner with the promises of God on their life! So Brave Love has quickly become my promise land and I am nothing but excited to see what God will do through my time with Brave Love. Since I will be a full time missionary with Circuit Riders and Brave Love that means I will be strictly living off of my monthly supporters/ donations.
