  • Ashley Weiers

Missionary Ashley Weiers DONATE Hello! My name is Ashley Weiers, and I’ve been serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 2016! Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for walking alongside young people and seeing them trained, equipped, and sent out to live out the Great Commission. I love discipleship, leadership development, and helping people grow in confidence in who God has called them to be. Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many DTSs (Discipleship Training Schools), the entry-level program in YWAM. I’ve staffed schools, led outreaches, trained staff teams, and helped lead entire schools. Along the way, I’ve loved everything from one-on-one mentoring and small group discipleship to teaching and training larger groups. As I continue serving in YWAM, my heart is to see young leaders thrive — grounded in their identity, growing in character, and actively learning to hear God’s voice as they lead others. I’m especially passionate about creating fresh, practical, and relevant resources that help young missionaries stay healthy and effective both on the mission field and beyond. There are several exciting projects currently on the horizon! ’m incredibly grateful for the people who make it possible for me to serve in this way. Thank you for partnering with me through prayer, encouragement, and financial support. Your generosity truly helps make this ministry possible, and I’m so thankful to be on this journey together. Many blessings to you! Ashley Donate

  • Romeo & Rose Villegas

Missionary Romeo & Rose Villegas DONATE ROMEO VILLEGAS An eleventh hour worker, bringing in the end time harvest! (Matt. 20:6-7) I am Romeo Villegas, together with my wife Rose, we pastor a local church in the Philippines. I am also into missions, equipping the Body of Christ, helping local pastors hire and multiply laborers into the harvest world, in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. There is no problem with the field, it is ripe and ready, but the laborers. The scriptures say, the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few (Luke 10:2) and the only way to multiply the laborers is to hire and train them for harvest. We initiate unity movements in the Body of Christ spicifically in evangelism, discipleship and church planting, making the last command of Jesus to “GO” as our first priority. We have a very limited time left to finish the harvest, in the story of Matt. 20, it tells us that it’s only an hour left. We are praying for partners who could get me into the fields, for plane tickets, lodging and basic needs. The gospel is free indeed but very costly too. Thank you all for considering me. Blessings! It has been an incredible honor to be a part of what God is doing through our community. I am also a part of our Brave Love team which is a movement through Circuit Riders seeking to activate women into their voice and calling. The message of Brave Love has impacted thousands of women Globally, including myself. Along with being a part of this team and planning university tours, we train and equip young believers in effectively evangelizing to a generation. Our summers and fall consist of hosting training schools all over the U.S, where the Glory of Jesus breaks out every time! Along with this, I also help with our media. It has been so rewarding watching Jesus reach people through social media and letting the Holy Spirit inspire me in creating to reach my generation! Circuit Riders is a non-profit missions organization empowered by Youth With A Mission. Our calling at Circuit Riders is to save the lost, revive the saved, and train them all. We do this by reaching hundreds of Universities and High school campuses in America and Europe, through evangelistic outreaches and hosting events where we gather to worship, share the message of the love of Jesus, and teach students to be catalysts in their spheres of influence! I love Jesus and long to see the lost saved and experience His love. I'm really excited to live in the joy of this by going firsthand to preach the gospel to my generation full-time. God is moving, and I’m expectant to see what He will do. However, I need to raise $4,000 for outreach and food while on tour. Would you consider partnering with me financially and through prayer? Missionary Emma Thomas DONATE My name is Emma Thomas and I joined Circuit Riders back in October! After completing my Carry the Love Tour, where we have seen so many set free, healed, and delivered; Circuit Riders has invited me back to staff full time! Our mission as Circuit Riders is to see a generation set free by mobilizing movements and catalyzing young people into their calling! As I have mentioned Circuit Riders is devoted to see a generation set free by sharing the simple gospel with university’s across America, Europe, and now were spreading to South Africa! Our world is hungry for Truth, and we have the answer, Jesus! • Raphael Sibe

Missionary Raphael Sibe DONATE Raphaël is a full-time missionary serving with YWAM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with YWAM Experience Asia. He left France one and a half years ago to attend a DTS (Discipleship Training School) and went on outreach to the Philippines and Cambodia. After that, he decided to pursue a full-time commitment to ministry and has been serving in Malaysia as a missionary for the past two years. During this time, he has staffed two DTS programs, mentored several young men, and led two outreach teams for two months each, traveling to five different countries. He is currently investing in building local ministries and partnering with orphanages, university Christian fellowships, and pastors. He has a strong heart for street evangelism, so he and his teams go out several times a week to reach people with the Gospel. He is also involved in reaching tribal communities in Malaysia, some of which are recognized as unreached. The goal is to disciple tribes that already have Christian believers and to bring audio Bibles (in partnership with a Bible translation NGO) so they can reach other tribes with the Gospel. His next step is to attend the School of Evangelism, a five-month training program in Kuala Lumpur. Through this school, he hopes to grow deeper in his intimacy with God, develop a greater heart for the lost, and be better equipped with passion and boldness for evangelism. As part of this program, he will serve at a youth camp in Indonesia and help organize and lead crusades in Kenya. The hope is to gather up to 100,000 people. Last year, many miracles were witnessed, and around 5,000 people gave their lives to Christ. To continue this mission, Raphaël is trusting God to raise $700 per month to support his living expenses as a missionary in Asia and to help lead teams of missionaries in other countries. In addition, for the School of Evangelism, he still needs to raise around $3,000, which would cover the next six months. Would you prayerfully consider joining his team of monthly supporters, or contributing with a one-time gift? Donate

  • Rafael & Hellen Maia

Missionary Rafael & Hellen Maia DONATE Rafael Maia and Hellen Maia are full-time missionaries with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) São Luís, Brazil. Together, they have devoted their lives to evangelism, discipleship, and strengthening the Church throughout Northeast Brazil. Together, they lead ministry initiatives that reach some of the least-reached communities in the country, including Indigenous, Quilombola, countryside people groups (sertanejo), and riversides communities. Through the One Bible in Every Home movement, they have helped distribute more than 200,000 Bibles, bringing God’s Word and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to thousands of families. Rafael also leads mission teams, training schools, and evangelistic outreach projects, mobilizing hundreds of Brazilian and international missionaries each year. His ministry includes leading large-scale evangelism campaigns, training and discipling new leaders, and developing strategies to reach the least-evangelized regions of Brazil. Hellen serves alongside Rafael through pastoral care, discipleship, hospitality, and missionary member care, helping equip and encourage the many volunteers and missionaries who serve through YWAM São Luís. As a family, they are committed to seeing Maranhão and Northeast Brazil transformed by the Gospel, believing that every person deserves the opportunity to hear about Jesus and have access to God’s Word. Their five-year vision is to see 50,000 people hear the Gospel, with at least 10,000 making a decision to follow Jesus Christ, while expanding access to the Scriptures among Indigenous peoples, Quilombola communities, river communities, and other least-reached populations across Northeast Brazil. Rafael and Hellen are currently building a team of ministry partners who will invest monthly to help sustain and expand this work. Their current goal is to raise US$2,500 per month to support their family’s ministry, train and send missionaries, disciple emerging leaders, distribute Bibles, and continue bringing the Gospel to some of Brazil’s least-reached communities. Would you prayerfully consider becoming a monthly ministry partner or making a one-time gift to help advance this mission? Rafael & Hellen Donate

  • Joseph Sagonda

Missionary Joseph Sagonda DONATE My name is Joseph Sagonda, a missionary with YWAM from Zambia and recently did a SBS with YWAM,Nuremberg Germany. 2 years ago I did my DTS with Fire and Fragrance in Potchefstroom South Africa. I said yes to the great commission in Matthew 28:18-20 and my desire is to be among the saints who will help prepare the work men for the harvest as in Matthew 9:35-38 My heart burns with a clear mission: to raise up and equip the youth and young adults of Africa to become skilled, passionate workers for God’s global harvest. Having said "yes" to the Great Commission, I see the great need here at home—not just to gather the harvest, but to prepare the workers who will gather it, as Jesus showed us in Matthew 9:38. My purpose in this season is to serve full-time in Choma, creating a launching pad where young Africans are not seen only as a mission field, but as vital missionaries to the world. I believe God is calling a generation from Zambia and Africa to be sent out, well-prepared in skills, heart and truth, to the nations. My journey in missions has uniquely prepared me for this calling. I am currently involved with different ministries doing mentorship and discipling many young men and young women, through teachings and helping with different skills on how to study Gods word and walk in it. My Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM in South Africa was a powerful time of saying "yes" and understanding God's heart for all peoples. It opened my eyes to the vastness of the harvest and the urgency of the call. Now, God had provided an incredible opportunity to deepen my foundation through the School of Biblical Studies (SBS) in Germany. This intense study of God’s Word is not just for me; it is the essential tool I am gathering so I can effectively "teach them to obey everything I have commanded you." My DTS ignited the fire, and my SBS is forging the tool and has been transforming me—so that as I returned to Zambia I could help equip my brothers and sisters with the same uncompromising truth and missional heart. My vision is to see a movement of young Zambians(Africans), rooted deeply in Scripture and burning with missionary zeal, being sent from Africa to the hardest and neediest places. I will help prepare them through discipleship groups, practical mission trainings, and biblical teaching—all designed to build resilience, cultural understanding, and spiritual maturity. Together, we will work to see these prepared workmen step out in faith, from our communities in Choma, Zambia and Africa to the frontiers of Europe, the United States, and Asia. We are shifting the narrative: Africa is not just receiving but giving, sending out equipped harvesters to the ends of the earth. Partner With This Vision If this vision resonates with your heart, I would be deeply honored to have you partner with me in this work. Here are three simple ways you can stand with us: 1. Pray With Me: Commit to praying for the young people of Choma, for wisdom as I develop training materials, and for the future workers who will be sent out. Your prayers are the invisible foundation of everything we will do. 2. Encourage Me: Send a message, ask for updates, and share words of encouragement. The journey can be long, and your friendship and reminders of God’s faithfulness mean more than you know. 3. Support Me Financially: My full-time ministry in Zambia and missions work. If you feel led, a one-time or monthly financial gift will directly invest in preparing African Missionaries (workmen) for the global harvest. Please reach out to me directly, and I can share the practical details. Thank you for considering how you might be a part of this exciting call to "prepare the workmen." Together, we can see a generation equipped and sent from Africa to the world.
