Cindi is committed to seeing every tongue tribe, nation and unreached people group have access to the Scriptures in their own language and the life changing message of the Gospel. She has committed to helping partners finish the Great Commission. Cindi is passionate about raising resources that go to creating communities of transformation where individuals find their calling and become life-long disciples.

She is a highly motivated and relationally driven fundraiser with an extensive history of success in cultivating and growing the hearts of major givers.  Cindi is adept at guiding and inspiring individuals in their journey of philanthropy and increasing generosity. She has proven gifts in helping people of means discover their passions and, in turn, engage in an ongoing lifestyle of giving their financial resources to opportunities that align with their sense of passion and calling.

Her fundraising gifts over the last 35 years led Cindi to start her own boutique fundraising consultancy, Giving Joyfully. She spent a season as Regional Development Officer for Agros International, in Seattle Washington, providing land ownership for the extreme poor in Central America and more recently she was the Sr. Director for Development for the West Coast, for Partners International in Spokane Washington through April of 2020 assisting Major Donors to resource wisely into strategic transformational leaders and ministry initiatives around the world.

Cindi currently works with EquipNet to raise funding for EquipNet’s growing group of Indigenously led ministry organizations and projects globally and consults with EquipNet’s missionary affiliates, to help them more effectively raise support and nurture good partnerships with their donors.
