Hello, my name is Samuel Brett Smith. My life was radically changed when I attended Iris Global’s Harvest School of Missions in 2013 and experienced the power of the Holy Spirit for the first time. My relationship with Jesus became experiential and His forgiveness became a reality. As I continued receiving God’s love, peace, and joy, I was freed from addictions, bitterness, and depression. Since encountering God firsthand, I’ve become passionate for others to know Him and enter into His transformational presence.

I’ve been accepted on staff with YWAM Tokyo and will have the opportunity to minister to the Japanese people long-term. I’m desiring to see people encounter God’s heart for them, live out and grow in their identity in Christ as sons and daughters of the Father, and see the Kingdom of God transform Japan. I look forward to serving the Japanese people and staffing future DTS schools.
