Hi! My name is Meredith Reynolds and I am a missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) based in Kona, Hawaii.

YWAM is a nonprofit mission organization full of young people driven by a passion to know God and make Him known. My story with YWAM began in 2022 when I moved to Kona, Hawaii to do a Discipleship Training School (DTS) called Fire and Fragrance. During that time, I encountered Jesus in a completely new light and my life was radically changed. I never thought that I would go into full-time missions, but during my time in Hawaii and the Himalayas, God began to ignite my heart for reaching people with the Gospel.

After personally experiencing radical transformation through truly understanding God’s love for me and knowing the tangible peace and power of Jesus, I long to see the rest of the world changed by this same love. My heart mourns knowing that there are still people living and dying without ever hearing about the Man who saved my life.

I am currently doing a secondary school with YWAM called Foundations for Revival and Reformation. Throughout the nine-month-long school, we learn God's word (read through the Bible in 3 months), learn to know God's world (study worldview for 3 months), and then learn to communicate God's word - to God's world (3 months of communication studies). The heart behind the program is to raise up leaders who are able to cultivate a culture of revival in their own lives and communities and bring reformation wherever God might send them.

I am so excited to continue being a missionary with YWAM and I am expectant that the Lord will do far greater than I can even imagine over these next years!
