Hi there! My name is Mary Knibbe. I’m from Washington state and I am currently in YWAM Kona involved in the Natural Farm Ministry. 

Our ministry's purpose is to help people help themselves by focusing on 4 main topics. We learn about food(farming), water & sanitation, energy, and safe shelter. 

Everything we learn is based in community development principles for sustainable  and holistic solutions. Having practical skills in community development not only can help save lives but it is also a way to bring the gospel to people who would otherwise be not receptive.

This is all because our God loves his people so much and I want to show people His love not just through words but though action.

“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.”

Our very first command is to steward and care for the earth. We all have the power to help or hurt the life on earth whether we want that power or not.
