In 2012, God used what was supposed to be a short-term mission trip to South Africa, as the catalyst to completely change my life. While I was there, I saw that I could use my passions for videography and storytelling to highlight how He is working around the world, to share testimonies of how God has moved in people’s lives and to help people see their need for God in their own lives. That trip was the start of a crazy journey that led me to work in Australia, Peru, Kenya and gave me the opportunity to live in South Africa for two years. And now I’m on to my next assignment.
I will be working with YWAM Tokyo whose vision is to live and spread the gospel throughout Japan. They do this by working alongside the local church, reaching out to youth, college students and the homeless community in Tokyo. Part of my role will be creating videos that share how God is moving and spread knowledge of who He is.
