Hi, I'm Jonatan Edefors and I am a Swedish-Japanese missionary from Japan.

I Grew up as a missionary/ pastor kid in Japan. And last thing I wanted to be was pastor/missionary but now I’m traveling around the world as a missionary since 2019 and following my calling to be a blessing for the people and the nations and also to be the bridge between people and nations. Coming from a nation that has only 1.5% Christians in the nation and being a missionary, I believe what I do in the nation will bless my nation, and  I want to see nations coming together as I travel and expand the border or community.

In this journey, I learned I need to become the leader that I want in my community, which is the person who knows who they are in Christ so much that they impact the community by just loving Jesus and obeying Him with the fullness of who they are.

I believe as I show examples to my community more people will be hungry for the Lord.

I am a part of the “Island Breeze World Impact Tour”. It is a ministry in YWAM traveling around the world and has multiple bases in the world that express the true essence of love through culture, music, dance, and sports. This ministry has been reaching millions of people and leading them to the Lord.

I enjoy expressing God’s character and beauty through cultural expression and God has led me to the perfect ministry.

I am blessed to be a part of this mission and to be a missionary.

Since I am a full-time missionary and we are non-profit organizations, I need $3,000 USD monthly to be sustainable and keep doing what God calls me and my ministry to do.
