Hey!

My name is Isaac Myers and I'm currently serving in radiant church's prayer room as a worship leader.

I moved here from Arizona in the fall of 2020 for the radiant school of worship where the lord placed in me a heart for connecting with him through prayer and worship. I met the lord when I was 17 and instantly became a lover of his presence after he encountered me in the secret place. I believe that the lord really draws near to those who are willing to give him the one thing they can't get back, which is their time. That's something that the lords been walking me through these last five years while cultivating that love for prayer and worship and I believe that in mine and the next generation, the lords going to move in power through the prayer and worship movement.

I've been serving in the prayer room in downtown Kalamazoo for a year and half now learning how to host his presence and draw from the secret place to help bring others to a place of intimacy through worship. The beautiful thing about the prayer room is that it's a space where you can freely worship him, it's not like a Sunday service where there is 15 minutes of worship and 45 minutes of a message, we come to this place to encounter and see what the lord wants to do in our city and in the hearts of his people. It's very much a place of battle as well as a haven for those are hunger and thirst for his presence to be filled. I'm honored to be called to a place like this. I'll be what's called a "Levite" in the prayer room which practically speaking, means I'll be spending most of my time in the prayer room. It will look like me leading worship, discipling future school of worship students, attending worship debriefs and seeing what the lord is highlighting throughout the prayer meetings in the week. I'll also be continuing to grow in intimacy, knowledge and wisdom about Jesus and how to host his presence.
