Robert W. Norsworthy, Co-Founder, President & CEO
Bob brings both a business background and 25 years of non-profit experience to EquipNet as it's founding President. He is also currently Executive Director of the Newman Family Foundation. For fourteen years Bob gave leadership in numerous capacities to International Students Inc. based in Colorado Springs. He served as Western States Regional Field Director, National Field Director, Director of Professionals In Partnership, U.S. Vice President, International Vice President and acting COO during ISI's presidential search. Bob brings a proven track record in business and management consulting as well as an extensive network of relationships with key business and non-profit leaders around the world to EquipNet. His passions are leadership development, strategic networking, and growing a vision and mobilizing teams to transform culture. Bob is the co-author of The World at Your Door.

Greg Newman, Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board
Greg is a businessman and venture capitalist who combines a passion for Holistic Transformation and Sustainability in his role as founding Chairman of EquipNet. He currently is General Partner in Integrity Partners, a VC firm focused on investment high tech start up companies. With over 14 years of industry experience, Mr. Newman has offered considerable contributions to many of technology's leading firms. Mr. Newman was the Co-Founder and VP Marketing of C2B Technologies, a revolutionary e-commerce infrastructure company that provided a web-based, private-labeled, comparative shopping engine to top tier Internet portals. C2B was ultimately acquired by Internet infrastructure giant, Inktomi Corporation in August of 1998. Prior to his success with C2B, Mr. Newman played a key role as the Director of Marketing for e-commerce and Internet Technologies at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Newman was also one of the Founders of the Macromedia running the marketing team, heading up the evangelism efforts, defining multimedia for the computer industry and helping establish Macromedia as the dominant market shareholder in multimedia authoring. After Macromedia, Mr. Newman headed up sales, marketing and product management at New Video, a digital video hardware company funded by Intel and Apple. Later, at Apple Computer, where Mr. Newman served as Senior Product Manager for QuickTime, he was instrumental in establishing QuickTime as the standard in cross-platform system level multimedia software.

Stephen Williams, Chief Financial Officer e-mail: steve@cumulus9.com Mr. Williams has a lengthy track record in the financial and investment industry prior to his role as EquipNet's CFO. Mr. Williams serves as CFO for Cumulus9 Technology and was previously COO of Integrity Partners, a venture capital firm.
Mr. Williams was a director and deputy CFO of The Capital Company of America, an investment and finance subsidiary of Nomura Securities International. During his tenure at CCA, Mr. Williams also co-managed the firm's entertainment finance division. Before that, he spent four years as the president of Milestone Asset Management, a private investment fund concentrating in highly leveraged, credit sensitive transactions. He co-founded Magellan Financial Services, a specialized merchant banking firm located in the Bay Area. MFS was actively engaged in trading, financing and investing in real estate related assets. Mr. Williams also spent 10 years with Morgan Stanley & Co. where he was an investment banker focused on developing innovative capital markets products for the financial services industry. He currently serves on the board of Collins Medical, a medical supply distribution firm. Mr. Williams graduated with distinction from Cornell University.
